Overview

Compliancy Software's training provides the framework for you to organize and relate control information and to automate control processes. 

  • Entering and relating control information,
  • Configuring the control automation and workflows, and
  • Accessing control results, evidence and information.

Performance Outcomes

At the completion of the Internal Control Management Training course, the student will be able to:

 

  • Understand the BPM-based approach to compliance
  • Understand the ICM hardware and software requirements
  • Understand the installation (overview) of ICM and its architecture
  • Perform basic user administration using Ultimus Organizational Chart
  • Understand the application of control workflow templates 
  • Understand data migration (for new implementations from existing systems) – part of ICM Methodology
  • Configure and change the ICM system settings using the ICM Administration Module
  • Enter or import pertinent data to be used by your control workflows – part of ICM Methodology
  • Administer control objects such as Accounts, Processes, Risks, Controls, and others
  • Add, import and link control documents using the Documentation Module
  • Configure and schedule Document Control Procedures (DCP) workflows
  • Configure and schedule Control Automated Procedures (CAP) workflows -- ICM
  • Navigate and understand the dashboard data
  • Install, execute, and interpret ICM reports
  • Understand a typical deployment and its operational management requirements

Intended Audience
This course is intended for students who will be responsible for developing and managing an ICM system.
  The student does not have to have any prior experience with ICM.
