Mark Shaw, CEO, President and co-founder.   

Mark brings over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur having founded several companies as well as the development of new businesses within large companies.  

Mark's strategic vision brought together a unique combination of experience in compliance implementations, business process workflow, and non-technical user interface development for business process solutions to develop the Compliancy solution. 

Mark brings extensive experience in the implementation of compliance controls, operational controls and business process automation having worked extensively with customers and accounting firms on the requirements and implementation of internal controls for regulatory compliance together with years of experience with business process management. 

Prior to Compliancy Software, Mark worked with Ultimus, a leader in Business Process Management solutions.  Prior to Ultimus, Mr. Shaw co-founded and developed an Internet Services business unit with Nortel and led the venture funding that resulted in the unit being spun off as the highly successful NeoNova Network Services. 

Mark holds BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Jack Tackett, Vice President of Development/Professional Services and co-founder.

Jack has over 20 years of experience in building strong businesses and customer relationships with experience in compliance, business process workflow development, Web services, and product development.  

Jack drives the development of the Compliancy solution and also serves as the Professional Services lead to meet customization requirements for compliance and workflow processes.  

Jack's skills and experience include large enterprise solutions while working at Martin Marietta, Wandal and Goltermann, and Nortel and extensive operations experience in start up environments with YellowBrick Solutions, Plurimus, and Springboard Managed Hosting.  

Jack holds a BS degree in Computer Science from The University of North Carolina – Asheville and is also a publisher of such best selling books as Que's Special Edition Using Linux and John Wiley and Sons The Visual C++ Construction Kit.

Henly Shelton, Executive Sales and Business Development.

Henly has over 30 years of Executive Management, Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Consulting experience.  Henly maintains a passionate focus on customer value and care to provide the best solution fit for the customer.  

Henly has served as the President of the North American Division of Kajaani Automation for sales and service of intelligent sensors and controls; President and co-founder of In-Line Measurements providing system integration; CEO/President for Dexus focused on CRM solutions; Director of Sales for Aspen Technologies focused on supply chain management solutions in emerging markets, Director of Business Development for New Energy Associates, a subsidiary of Siemens; and a Managing Partner of HD Management International, a consulting firm focused on operations and lean sales management.

Henly earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of West Florida, an Executive MBA from Georgia State and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Henly served his country in the United Sates Marine Corps and is a Viet Nam veteran.
