Enterprise Sales
Executive
Compliancy Software is looking for someone who is interested in taking a leadership role in driving
revenue and sharing in the growth of a great startup/small company
situation. The
compliance market is hot, fast growing, and Compliancy Software has a solution
that provides distinct advantages over the competition thus providing you with
an advantage to close opportunities.
Responsibilities
-
Build a pipeline and close new account opportunities exceeding booking, revenue and margin goals per the plan for a national
territory.

Leadership participation in the
creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies, programs, and feedback
on market and customer needs.

Willing to travel as required and
utilize home office resources to work remotely.
Experience
-
A minimum of 3 years of selling complex large transaction size Enterprise
software applications.

Experience in compliance, accounting and large financial consulting
firms.
-
Also prefer experience in business process management/performance, ERP,
CRM, Content/Document management or similar enterprise wide applications but
willing to consider other areas of expertise.

A solid, proven and successful track
record of working with C-Level executives.

Excellent selling, verbal, written and
presentation skills and understanding of business and technical
issues.

Highly competitive self-starter, entrepreneurial person that is results
oriented.
Compensation
Competitive base pay with commission. The compensation has
greater than average upside due to a very generous commission program for
results along with participation in ownership in the company.

Responsibilities

Manage professional services
engagements with customers.

Analyze and document customer
compliance processes and requirements.

Write detail specification of proposed
solutions.

Configure, implement and train
customers on solutions.
Experience
-
A minimum of 5 years of business
process and/or system analysis working with medium and large companies.

Experience in compliance, accounting
and large financial consulting firms is a plus.
-
Technical competency in configuring
and administering enterprise applications or business process management is
required (programming not required but some related experience is a plus) .

Basic project management skill andexperience is required.

Excellent verbal, written and
presentation skills and understanding of business and technical issues.

Education
BS degree or equivalent training and experience.
